International Shipping

Processing time. 

All products are made to order, designed and hand printed or embroidered in the U.K. You order will take 7 days to be made and processed before dispatch.In the event of any change you will be notified of a revised delivery date by email.

Couriers

We use four couriers, depending on location, size of parcel and the delivery option selected at checkout.

These are:

• DPD

• Royal Mail

• UPS

• Fedex

 Keeping you Updated

Once an order is confirmed, we may use email and text message to keep you informed of its progress. In the unlikely event we’ve run out of something you’ve ordered, we’ll send out the items that are available. We’ll then post the rest to you as soon as it’s back in stock. Rest assured, we won't charge twice for postage, and we’ll keep you in the loop at every stage. If time is of the essence, you can always cancel any missing items for a refund or credit note. At the moment, it’s not possible to split online orders between two delivery addresses. If you do wish to split an order, there are two things you can do:

• Place two separate orders online.

Lastly on Delivery

All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party involvement where delays occur to deliveries. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are classed as non-working days. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
