What is our Returns policy?

We get it! Sometimes you just want to return your item/s and get your money back. The item needs to be in its original condition and must show no signs of wear. We have a 30-day return policy from when the order was delivered to you. We do not offer a free return policy. You will have to pay the return postage.  All returns received within 30 days will be refunded back to your original payment method.

If an order was paid for between a gift card and payment method, refunds will be automatically processed to the same method. Gift card payments will not be refunded back to a payment card or Paypal account. Refund can take up to 7 days to process.

After that?

We do not accept returns outside of the returns period above. If you return any items after this time, we will return the item/s back to you and ask you to cover the cost.

All items are inspected on return.

Returns are your responsibility until they reach us. You need to obtain proof of postage to show you have returned the item/s. Please ensure it is packed up properly.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item if it is unsuitable. Click here to start an exchange 

Please note we can only exchange for the same product, in a different size. If you are looking to order something completely different then please send the item back for a refund and place another online.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to add to or amend orders once they have been processed.

Faulty Items?

We’re really sorry you have received a faulty item. Please get in touch with our returns team with the details and photos on hello@colbyandflynn.co.uk so we can get this sorted for you.

Received the wrong item?

Sometimes you might get an item that you didn’t order. It doesn’t happen often but if it does please get in touch with us at hello@colbyandflynn.co.uk. We will cover the return costs and send out a replacement free of charge.

When will you dispatch my order?

We will aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days. This lead time will increase during promotional sales and new product launches. You will always receive a dispatch email when your order has been processed. Orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 or DPD. Your dispatch email will contain a tracking number which you can use on the Royal Mail website or DPD to track your order.

Can you combine my postage?

We cannot combine postage on multiple orders.

How long will my order take?

Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 48. This is a tracked 48 hours service. Express is via DPD nexday service. 

I haven’t received my order?

If you have not received your order, we would ask to you wait 5 working days before getting in contact with us. We are only able to track the item the same way as you. If you item has not been received after 14 days, we will open a claim with Royal Mail and look to send you a replacement. Royal Mail are working incredibly hard to deliver parcels, but the reality is, there are delays.

International Orders

Colby and Flynn is based in the U.K. but we ship round the world.If you live in a county where duty is payable on goods purchased from the U.K, then please note this is not included within the cost of the item. You are responsible for the duty and customs that may become payable. We are not responsible for custom delays.
