All products are made to order, designed and hand printed or embroidered in the U.K. You order will take 1 days to be made and processed before dispatch.In the event of any change you will be notified of a revised delivery date by email. Express shipping cut off time is 1pm each day.

Delivery Info
Standard UK deliveries will be dispatched using a 48 hour courier service. Express deliveries will be dispatched using a tracked and signed service with a timed, two-hour delivery window. If you have provided a mobile number with your express delivery order, you will receive a text message on the morning of your delivery with a two-hour delivery window. If we are unable to deliver, then a card will be left with a number for you to contact and rearrange delivery. Please give us a call on 07529 150786 if your order hasn’t arrived within the specified timeframe.
Couriers
We use four couriers, depending on location, size of parcel and the delivery option selected at checkout.
These are:
• DPD
• Royal Mail
• UPS
• Fedex
Keeping you Updated
Once an order is confirmed, we may use email and text message to keep you informed of its progress. For express delivery to UK mainland addresses, if you’ve provided a mobile number, we’ll text you a two-hour delivery window on the morning your goodies are due to arrive.
In the unlikely event we’ve run out of something you’ve ordered, we’ll send out the items that are available. We’ll then post the rest to you as soon as it’s back in stock. Rest assured, we won't charge twice for postage, and we’ll keep you in the loop at every stage. If time is of the essence, you can always cancel any missing items for a refund or credit note. At the moment, it’s not possible to split online orders between two delivery addresses. If you do wish to split an order, there are two things you can do:
• Place two separate orders online.

Lastly on Delivery
All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party involvement where delays occur to deliveries. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are classed as non-working days. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
